We, SHIRWAIKARS ELECTRICAL ENTERPRISES, are located at Dr. Atmaram Borkar Road, Near Rajdhani Hotel, Panaji - 403 001, Goa India.
We are equipped with oil Reclamation Plants manufactured by Vokes, U.K.I IRELAND with capacities 1000 litres/ hour, 2000 litres / hour, 4000 litres/hour.
These Plants are unique in our Country which operates with specific regards to improvement in acidity with a parallel improvement in the Dielectric Strength and other oil parameters viz. Dissolved gases, moisture content etc. The most striking feature is that these plants can do ON LINE RECLAMATION OF LIVE TRANSFORMERS ON ITS FULL LOAD CAP ACITY i.e. there is no need of load shedding there by avoiding for power cuts / production losses.
We are regularly carrying out on line reclamation works for the Electricity Department Govt. of Goa for their 6.3 MVA, 40MVA Transformers installed at various Sub-stations.
Functioning of 1000 litres/ hour Plant is witnessed by Central Power Research Institute, Bangalore by deputing their team in Goa and certified the results before and after reclamation process.
Without electrical transformers, distribution of electricity, as we know it today would not be possible. Therefore it is essential and vital that we take care of our transformers in the best possibly way. A transformer that has failed not only loses revenue for the power authority but can at times be a very dangerous affair resulting in plant damage and loss of life. Therefore it is vital in this day and age to maintain our transformers to the best of our ability. |
